How Can I Make Friends In Dubai?

Yesterday I watched very interesting telecast about Dubai. It seems to me that this country is even much more interesting, than China. But I can’t get acquainted with somebody who lives there. Certainly there are people, but we can’t find common themes, they all are too busy.

I’ve written several questions on a site about Dubai - we shall look, whether will answer somebody. It would be desirable to fly there and to drive in the desert!
